Dustin L. Plummer is the Managing Partner of Mallor Grodner and focuses in the firm’s private client practice group, assisting clients in high asset divorce cases, complex business issues and estate planning. Dustin strives to address not only the legal issues at hand, but also to provide practical solutions that add value to each client’s situation.

In 2012, Dustin temporarily moved to an Of Counsel position with Mallor Grodner to serve as the CFO & General Counsel for LOR Corporation, an Indianapolis based commercial real estate company, and United Package Liquor, Inc., the largest package liquor store chain in central Indiana at the time. While there he was able to delve into issues ranging from refinancing and loan opportunities to acquisition and development ventures. He was also able to help facilitate the sale of all of the assets of United Package Liquor to Big Red Liquors. Dustin returned to the firm full time in his current role at the beginning of 2015 with valuable insights into how to help the firm’s clients.

Recognized early in his career by his peers, Dustin has been selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers magazine multiple times. Dustin is a past president of the Monroe County Bar Association and also enjoys sharing his knowledge of estate planning and family law with other attorneys through Indiana Continuing Legal Education Foundation seminars. He is a Registered Family Law Mediator. Dustin is deeply involved in the community, devoting a significant amount of time to nonprofit activities. He has served as President of the board for Stepping Stones, Inc., a group providing transitional housing and services to homeless teens. He has also volunteered on the board of the United Hope Foundation, as a mentor with the Charles A. Tindley Accelerated School, and with numerous other organizations.

Admitted to practice law in both the State of Indiana and the State of Ohio, Dustin is a graduate of Wittenberg University and the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. At Wittenberg, Dustin received the John F. Mitchell Award, honoring the senior male who best represents the liberal arts tradition. Dustin continues to exhibit these characteristics in his free time, enjoying a vast array of activities ranging from avid sports fan to art enthusiast.
